Titeflex QuickSwage Fittings
QUICKSWAGE FITTINGS FOR R115/R122 TITEFLEX HOSE
QuickSwage is a Titeflex patented, fast and reliable attachment method developed for R115/R122 PTFE hose. These fittings feature the exclusive Titeflex progressive swaging method of attachment. The PTFE inner core and overbraid are firmly locked between the fitting collar and insert for a permanent, leak-proof assembly. The positive braid lock assures that strain is absorbed by the braid, not the PTFE core.

Titeflex fittings come in a variety of materials including stainless steel, brass, a combination of brass and carbon steel (according to the specifications table for each fitting) and wetted surfaces of stainless steel that are type 303; other parts are type 304.
