R165 Industrial Uni-Braid is the low cost solution to your special needs. Produced in long lengths - up to 50 feet, lighter weight, and has a tighter bend radius than spiral wound PTFE hose or high pressure rubber hydraulic hose.

Construction
R165 UNI-BRAID is produced from a conductive Teflon PTFE innercore and reinforced with combined single plaits of small diameter, tiered, tension controlled type 304 stainless steel wire. This specially designed outer layer of braid eliminates conventional spiral wraps, reducing bulk without sacrifice of pressure capability. In larger sizes (-12 thru -24) there is an additional braid layer between the PTFE inner core and the pressure carrying outer braid.

 

Hose End Attachment
R165 UNI-BRAID can be assembled with either Titeflex swage tooling or using any of the numerous hose crimping machines available.
