This premium steam hose is used where long service life is required for saturated steam at 250 PSI and 406º F and superheated steam 250 PSI at 450º F.

Pair the above hose with Parker's new Dragon Breath ™ couplings and you'll get the full safety factor of the system with only hand tightening. This preassembled system is the ultimate solution to leaks, dents and damage. The system's O-ring seals completely, stays in place and won't leak. Parker Dragon Breath couplings actually bite down to the wire reinforcement to grip the hose, and never let go.

With the Dragon Breath System, the ferrule is permanently crimped to the hose and the coupling can be tightened by hand for a complete seal. It's easy to take care of, is lightweight and less cumbersome. It's strong, really strong, for high pressure steam applications. You're looking at a combination of both hard and soft seals. The coupling provides a metal-to-metal mating area for strength, plus a steam-approved O-ring for superior sealing.
